Three of the 2s would be played b/23, 6/4(2) even without hitting a checker, so this should be clear.

As for the last 2 - I reject 8/6 for stripping the 8 pt, and reject 13/11 because it adds a blot and volunteers a direct shot (excluding 62 but including 65) when the race is close (you gain 8+23=31 pips with this play). That leaves you with 23/21. Not only that all the other alternatives are rejected, 23/21 has a good upside - The back blot was blocked and with moving up you get playable 6s. I even look at it as a quasi-spare on the advanced anchor.

Btw, I would consider 13/11 if there were 5 or more checker on the mid-pt. With 5 on the mid, I would make it a race-based decision.
