Priming 14/9 11/10. Hitting 9/4* 11/10. But doesn't 9/4* 5/4 give a couple more cover numbers? Other plays give fewer good numbers (if not hit). I think increasing good numbers is worth giving a hitting six out or giving a double hit out. I'd play for the prime.
