1st thought:

Covering the 4 with 8/4 is better than with 6/4 because of the spares.

2nd thought:

Playing 13/11 gives a 4 as a builder for the bar-point, but loses a 6 as a builder.

3rd thought:

We should use the 2 to play 24/22 or 23/21 depending on diversification for building a good point.

So after 8/4 we have 3 and 5 to build the 3-point and 1 and 6 to build the bar-point.

For anchoring we need a 1 (if we play 24/22) or a 3 (if we play 23/21), so trying to diversify doesn't take us far.

I think I would go for 23/21 (for the best anchor and a better chance to escape). The risk of coming under the gun is low, because of our much better board.
