MCG--Beaver is pointless here--Koca take note

Since you can drop a beaver, there is nothing to be gained by beavering. I can only lose by beavering in this game.

We were playing bluffgammon, and before Matt doubled he was able to peek at his dice under his cup and he already knew if he had rolled a 5-5 or 6-6 before he doubled. I had to guess whether he really rolled it or was bluffing.

If I beavered and he was bluffing, he would simply drop the beaver; and if he was not bluffing I would have lost 128 by beavering.

And that is why, Mr. Koca, beavers don't happen in bluffgammon.

I did take, he was bluffing, and I won 64 points. And yes, we were playing for money.

I figured playing MCG heads up was far too easy pickings, so we stopped and played a chouette with some other fish who were there: Weaver, Michy, Rockwell, Dougie Roberts, Presser, Taki and Carter.

Boring game without bluffgammon...never saw a cube higher than 4 the rest of the night.
