Hi! I have done my best to sync the video of the 2015 Monte Carlo Word Backgammon Championship final with the wav file I extracted from Falafel's commentary. I didn't have access the original source files and the original commentary audio feed was low-ish quality anyway (source video = 360p, audio has background noise, hiss and low rumble) but I applied some EQ to clean it up a little (although quality is still far from perfect).

I believe that it's really helpful to hear the commentator's insights as you watch and listen to both synced together. Looks ok in a small 360p window.

Here's the new link: https://youtu.be/y5fhYb9fkgM

Over the past week I have tried to offer this synced video to whoever is behind the infrastructure of MCWBC, but have got no response (through the Ustream chatbox and Facebook). So, rather than just let it sit on my hard drive forever, I have been advised and decided to share it anyway.

Even though it is my opinion that the MCWBC deserve applause for a very good job on the whole I believe a lot of people were complaining about the sync, so I feel that it would be of some benefit to the backgammon community.

Finally, I don't own any copyright on this, so if the owner would like me to delete it, please let me know.

Cheers
