Compared to money, White doesn't get full value out of a future cube-turn to 16. Blue has 23 shots and a five-point board. By itself that would not, I think, warrant a double for money, but White has future blotting danger even if missed. Still, it looks to me like a clear take for money, and so I'd go with RD/T ATS.
