If you look to the left of the graphic of the backgammon board, you will see a table with the names of all the players. The top of that table shows that the PFs played a 22, the DBs followed with a roll of 52 playing 9/4 6/4, the PFs then rolled 41, we rolled 65.... and now the PFs have rolled a 32. There is no vote taken when the best play is obvious.

I was confused by the same issue when I first joined the DBs. Hope this helps.
