Ah, dear: this reminds me of someone (couldn't have been Stick?) complaining about the dice tube being placed down too hard...
I've played Yan Kit, who is totally blind, and Eric Westbrook, who is visually impaired; you soon get used to declaring the rolls, even if you occasionally forget. I had no problem telling Yan Kit what move I'd made, which you can do whilst actually playing it; he doesn't actually ask for this, I seem to recall, but does seem to appreciate it. (Don't forget: this is someone, totally blind, who noticed an illegal move by his opponent!) I didn't have to put their dice in their cups, but I'm sure I'd soon get used to that too. Declaring the clock times, if asked, at the beginning of their turn would also be no big deal really. Actually, they've yet to use a clock against me. If no clock, just take a bit longer if you need to.
If you hardly ever use the full delay then you might not even need the bonus 3 sec for the extra 'shenanigans', but it's there if you do!
