6/off 4/off gets hit slightly less often over the next two rolls and takes another man off which gives you better winning chances if hit and g chances if missed. OTOH, 6/off 6/2 starts the deuce which gives you much better chances of making this important point in front of his anchor.

I think improving your chances of making the deuce is the highest priority here so 6/off 6/2 is my choice.
