Bearing off against lots of contact

I'm trying to think of a good reason to do something other than simply ripping off two. 6/2 3/off leaves blue even-ended and only 65 leaves a shot.

4/off 3/off is also vulnerable to a 65 and nothing else.

Given the number of checkers back, the gammon should be a given (unless blue gets hit) so taking off two vs one most likely has little effect on the gammon rate. But it might affect the bg rate, so I'll stick with that.

6/3 4/off leaves extra shots, so I doubt that's correct. 6/2 6/3 just seems pointless.
