I should clarify. The advantage I attribute to quiz factor is indirect. I do not select an answer because I think it is the cute QF play. The advantage is that I am focused on all alternatives, something that does not always happen over the board.

I get more enjoyment out of these problems when I choose the play that I think is best, rather than the one I think might be right based on QF or other "meta-positional" factors.
