Opening Roll for $, DMP, GG, GS Flashcards

I have uploaded to a set of Anki flashcards for $, DMP, GG, GS to schoolofish.org public/shared files. These are based on the current v3.7 version of the XG OpeningBook (extemegammon.com/ob/)

I have always memorized the "best" based on my game play and ignored the alternates. I'm starting to realize that while it is important to know your game plan the alternates are perfectly valid and there are some extremely interesting ones both in the opening and opening responses. Knowing the difference betweeen an alternate and an error and understanding them a bit better is also enriching.

I will be publishing second roll response for $ flashcards for Anki in the next week or two after I have debugged them adequately :)
