I think it should be apprehended that, with the current rules, it could take 5 hours to play a 1 point match.

I still don't think I'd tinker with the 12 sec delay.

Well...perhaps if you're rolling through a baffle box, without cups, and you get to reset the delay whenever the dice get stuck in the box (rare) or cocked on the board (quite rare)...then maybe cut it down to 10 sec?

If both players agree, reduce reserve to 1.5 min/point (why round the resultant amount up when practically all clocks can be set in min:sec?) or 1 min/point... otherwise, keep it at 2 min/point.
