Jake,

I started this as to make sure that my vote counted. Between my handwriting and my spelling you would spend the 1st 20 minutes trying to decide if I had written it in English or Chinese before throwing the ballot away! Hence the need for the txt and xlsx files.

I wanted to vote but I only play in several tournaments a year so I am grateful to people and organizations that give me information so that my vote is not too "local".
