In Response To: Attack AtS (Karol Szczerek)

I'm not sure hitting wins all that many more gammons, as simply locking up a 5-point board does pretty well in that department. Hitting risks something of a disaster, not just if O rolls an immediate 4, but with the several blots it leaves.

Also, not only is O's board to be respected, but his 4-prime as well. Getting a checker or two stuck behind it could mean a loss of outfield control as Blue tries to scramble his blots to safety.
