I disagree that everyone's criteria must be the same. While I agree "some kind" of criteria should exist, the Giants list is clearly not "BMAB All-stars". I believe in a combination of factors which includes actually winning BG tournaments. I for example voted Cihangir Cetinel high since he won Montecarlo and won a major 120 person tourney in Turkey AND came in 2nd in a 300 + person tourney in Turkey..

I think that is quite impressive and is much more important than an XG analysis.

that said I did vote for a couple of people that I know as very strong players that go to tourneys but have not actually won.
