Another issue is the validity of online matches. It is widely known that player can and, on occasion have, have cheated using bot assistance.

Streamed or otherwise official matches are a very good source of data as they should normally be free of cherry picking.

I don't know how you calculate average PRs. This should be a weighted mean of the matches, where the number of decisions in each match provides its weighting. XG does this automatically when player profiles are built up.
