Simple (!?) Backgammon Math

In Response To: Simple (!?) Backgammon Math (Tenland)

The sum as n goes from 1 to infinity (no sigma on my keyboard) of:

n*[(25/36)^(n-1) * (11/36)] which is as you say between 3 and 4.

With one die it would be sum of n* [(5/6)^(n-1) * (1/6)] which is 6, I think.
