5 point/yes or no ?

The 5 point conundrum surfaces again. If it is second nature to use roll odds the answer is easy. Play the 5 point, assess the produced threats. Play a couple of sensible candidates assess the threats. If you have recognised the duplication of 3 without any deep thought it is obvious that the threats are about the same. Bearing in mind the innate value of the 5 point OTB I would have played it. I am doing a deep roll out , after 6 hours it looks promising. In games where there is plenty of play it can be difficult to understand the position. Often the choice is belt and braces or go for the throat both can produce the desired result. I'm wondering how much would change on removing the duplication. I might have a go at that but I gotta get back to the fishsim lol.
