Transcription question

Hi!

Lawrence Powell wanted to transcribe his match against Victor in the last Monte Carlo WC: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSCvhIi-SP4

But a problem arose in one game where one piece was missing from the board.

This will have some effect on the match in terms of pip count, gammons, PR calculation and possibly other aspects. Is there some way to do this in XG which doesn't have negative side effects?

I have seen other cases of incorrect starting positions which is unfortunate. I guess it doesn't hurt to verify that you start out on a correct and even playing field.
