Phil, what I do, and whatever energy I have, is far surpassed by all you do.
You are up so early and you don't stop til God knows when every day.
I loved sitting near you in Charlotte, as I often do at most tournaments we attend together. It is a happy place.

I think Karen Davis and Julius High should be mentioned in regards to all the volunteer, hard work they do at every tournament they attend.
Whatever I do pales in comparison to all the work that you, Karen and Julius put forth.

I agree with all you have said about the great things that the USBGF is doing to help the Novice division grow by leaps and bounds.
The novice field is increasing at every tournament, thanks to the efforts of so many,
but especially the USBGF and the TDs who are working so hard to attract more new players.
