This seems like a good time to split the anchor. If Blue waits a turn, White will have brought down builders, and splitting the anchor will be more dangerous. Blue is ahead in the race, and has a better inner board than White. It's time to try to escape. This forces the action, but an exchange of hits will benefit Blue.
