Early Game Blitz Cube with Elo Difference

First, to be able to make adjustments, we need to have a good idea about the proper cube action under normal circumstances aka equal opponent v. equal opponent. (not that simply because the opponents are equal they should be following the bot's recommended cube action, but let's stay on point) Then, how much do we adjust and why? Always a fascinating question to me because there's so much in the details and many top players still disagree.
Blue, the weaker player, cubed here. What's your normal cube action? Do you ever make a different decision assuming you're the stronger player? If so, how much stronger do you need to be in terms of Elo or PR in order for that decision to take effect?
