Modern PR excludes forced moves and fanning from the bar. For purposes of this argument, such forced moves should be included in the PR calculus. The point is that the defender's role in such a game, on average, is more passive than the attacker's, and presents fewer opportunities for error. The expert human attacker will, IMO, lose on average 2x+ more equity playing his checkers during the course of this game than the expert human defender, in part, because he will tend to have many fewer forced moves.
