Which anchor?

I normally think of an "anchor" as being on the 18pt or higher, whereas the subject line seems to suggest that the 15pt can be considered an "anchor".

Despite the 20 pips gained by this roll, Blue remains well behind in the pip count. That means he wants to maintain contact. Usually that means keeping the back checkers where they are, but 13/3(2) reduces some pressure on White's midpoint. I like 13/3 8/3(2) a little better, but it seems to be a bit inflexible.

If we play 20/15 then the only plausible play I see is 20/15(2) 8/3(2). Abandoning the straggler is often a bad idea because it could get attacked, but here, White's 1pt blot and awkward distribution seems to allow Blue's straggler to fend for itself without much risk. I would try 20/15(2) 8/3(2), keeping pressure on all of White's checkers.
