You could/should create a separate thread on this but in bg it's near impossible to know where to put some people. First you'd have to create the line (PR line?) of what constitutes an advanced player v. an open level player. Then you'd have to know everyone's PR? Which is quite impossible. Going by the old 'that player won an event' and should move up is ridiculous on many levels. There is no overall good solution. Can there be something more concrete than we currently have? Maybe, I'd even venture to say probably, but I'm not sure how much more effective it would be and how much energy would be wasted in the process.
