You know what, between the time I posted this and now, I've lost all interest... I'm done with this stupid variant. The rules are poorly defined, the people who posted about this (excepting UBK) on DailyGammon just threw together word salad when trying to answer any questions I have. Tim -- you asked a good question for which I have no answers. Sorry to have wasted your time. (Sincere, not sarcastic.)
