15 numbers PoH on White's 3-point.

7 numbers hit on White's 14-point.

13 numbers hit loose or pick-n-pass on White's 3-point.

(That leaves 1-1 which isn't so good for White.)

Owning both 5-points might be enough to eek out a take and the score has somewhat of an effect in that direction, but...

...I see a lot of (four point) G-losses which White can use nicely. I would pass this OtB. (Now tell me the question is whether or not it's TG.)
