Ironically Arnold Snyder has written two books on tournament poker and a few books on blackjack (where he includes himself in the "Hall of Fame") but I can't find anything he's written on tournament blackjack.

Has anyone here read his The Big Book of Blackjack? You can "look inside" at Amazon. It's kind of a "Encyclopedia of blackjack" similar to the Encyclopedia of Bridge, with history, techniques, etc.
