Kangaroo Pipcount

On the topic of backgammon inventions, I found an obscure reference on the web somewhere to a 'Kangaroo Pip Count' technique apparently devised by you sometime after you gave us Naccel. If there's any truth to that, I'd love to know more. I was impressed with Naccel, but alas never gave it the necessary attention to really entrench it in my mind.

I wrote up the Kangaroo Pip Count for Carol Cole's Flint News (a great ongoing contribution to backgammon literature) a few years ago. Maybe someone here can tell us which issue, or if not you can e-mail Carol.

On my long list of projects is to put the Kangaroo Pip Count and a much more comprehensible explanation of Naccel on the web, but that will be a while :)
