In Response To: Clock policies -- terms (Nack Ballard)

We've discussed terms before, and suggestions and opinions vary, but I still find the DBgF language clear as any one-word descriptions can be. Option: clocks used if both players want to use one; preference: clocks used if either player prefers to use one; obligation: clock use is obligatory.
