Blue would like to have the 9pt rather than the 11pt because it is easier to break the 9pt safely rather than the 11pt if he needs to adjust his timing.

Nevertheless, I think the highest priority in the timing is to oppose White's midpoint so that she is not free to break it later (or rather, to do so would leave a 6 shot instead of an 8 shot -- big difference). In direct comparison, I like B (Both, 20/18(2) 13/11(2) over P (Point, 13/9(2)).

That leaves N (Near, 13/11(2) 6/2). The 2pt is unimportant at this juncture (White is not about to leave a shot), and Blue doesn't need two points to hold White's midpoint, and the 11pt is very useful to block White's 20pt. So, I like B in direct comparison to N.

I go with B, which is faster to type and less likely to include a typo than 20/18(2) 13/11(2) :)
