Weather Based ABT Schedule

Any opinions around re-working the ABT tour schedule to have warm weather cities during the winter and cold weather cites during the summer?

Candidates for swapping spots are NYC (January), Pittsburg (February), Central States (March), Atlanta (May), and Florida (August). LA and Vegas, with two tourneys each, would also be candidates for the a warm city swap.

Or... are the hotel cost differences too much of a factor?
