Here's how I would Naccelize the position:

• Blue:
  • Neutral shift 2->S1 + 4*(7->S1).
  • Six-sym around -2, 5 on S1, 2 on S3 -> 9.
• White:
  • Review post #6 of the Naccel series, because I don't know name or value of the midpoint formation I'm spotting here (it's "zig" and 3).
  • Neutral shift: 3->2 + 17->S3.
  • 2*S3 + 2*zig = 6 + 6 = 12.
