I'm hoping that you didn't really blunder here, as there are only two remotely reasonable plays and I'm torn between them! If one is a blunder then there is a 50-50 chance I will blunder in my choice.

To show that I'm not a coward, either (a) to take a possible near-50% chance of blundering, or (b) to play aggressively, I'll choose to hit on the 2pt. The obvious logic is to go after the blot on the 16pt and keep it from being used to make a point.

If somehow the cube were in the center, I wouldn't hit, of course.
