I apologize for my lack of formatting skill, but at least I've spared you the Nactation :) Below is a short solution for the 30-checker-back problem.

(5) 11: Bar/24*(2) 13/12* 6/5* ... 22: Bar/23*(3) 21/19*
(6) 66: Bar/19*(2) 12/6* 10/4* ... 44: Bar/21*(3) 23/19*
(7) 22: Bar/23*(2) 24/22* 8/6* ... 55: Bar/20*(3) 8/3*
