I was surprised not to see Daniels first solution having 55* as the second last roll.

Is it possible to keep a game going forever, with an ER of 0?

Looking at these quizzes "with the low ER"-clause would need to read E rather ER (measured in total MWC loss, rather than any avg. pr move). Otherwise you can just throw in a huge number of correct plays, before you go on with the solution!
