I would like to second what Jason said about Xavier's responsiveness. Not only does he respond quickly and openly to posts and criticisms here, but many times a week I get calls and emails from people asking me about technical problems. I can answer many myself, but when they are too technical, I have to pass them on to Xavier, and he consistently gets back to everyone within 24 hours and works with them until the problem is straightened out or completely understood.
