Terms for "money"

With the recent discussion of backronyms, it occurs to me that I have typed "money game" several thousand times. No more! MG it is from now on.
Yes, I also like "MG" (it kinda works with DMP, GS and GG) though I will probably say "money" until I see "MG" catching on, so I can avoid adding more notes to my legend :)
There is also the separate issue of what to call a non-match money game versus a money-facsimile (far-away far-away) game within the confines of a match. I call them both "money" (or "MG"), but when I have occasion to distinguish one from the other I currently use the terms "normal money" (NM, which could also be "non-match") and "quasi-money" (QM).
