Three of these look automatic to me: 25/17*, 7/3*. Now rather than opening up blots #4 and #5 with 13/9, I'll clean one up with 17/13. Since we are outboarded, friskiness carries extra risk.

My final four is 17/13. If we're hit (even with 6-3) we're glad we didn't leave five blots and if we're missed we still have 3's 5's and 7's to cover.

Summary: 25/21/17*/13, 7/3*.
