Compared to some more typical early blitz cubes (e.g. 6xS, 55*, fan), Opp has one more checker in the zone, a fourth inner board point (huge), his 5-point being one of them (big). Going for our side: we own a new point, which is a good blocking point (big) and have only two checkers than can get treed (big?). Overall it looks like White has gained compared to the (reasonably close pass) ref. pos.
