Well there are various techniques depending on the position and on your own preferences. My two biggest time-savers so far have been Chase's trick and my trick in the following thread : http://www.bkgm.com/rgb/rgb.cgi?view+1404.

Now I guess that no matter the technique, you will always have to pay attention to details like a hitting B/20 21/11* with a 55, that will not be handled by any simple formula.
