This is true enough, but misja is right that with a low amount of data (i.e., one tournament), there are good reasons to consider error rate (measured in MWC rather than EMG) rather than luck-adjustment.

Unbiasedness is often overrated, as illustrated by this famous parody of Hiawatha:
