And in recent years they do construction in the frickin' winter! Here's how that works: block a bunch of lanes and then don't do any work because it's too cold. Horsewhipping -- Neil, you're too nice.

Didn't they promise that once the highway's INITIAL cost was paid for they'd remove the toll booths? Just the typical lying bureaucratic bastards (oxymoron).
