Confirming the old adage "quality is better than quantity", I was pleased that both responders addressed my problem -- "after hitting loose, where do I leave my builders/blots?" A lot of equity hangs in the balance, as can be seen in the rollout. (BTW, non-hitting plays were so far back that I saved the CPU time.) Thanks, Casper and Joe.
Although any position can be played based solely on intuition, sometimes that isn't sufficient and working through the possibilities is important. For me this should have been such a case, so this problem is a good one for me to file and use as an example/practice-problem exhibiting that principle.
