1. The instinctive move is just hitting for gammons and the 3 as entrance number from bar is somewhat duplicated as it is a cover number to if you get hit back. But the race lead suggests something safer. Dmp I would have had serious doubts. So 13/7 6/3* as it was my first thought and you fill in your board easier opposed to “safe”. Also you put wastage on the 2 point, but safe might be right. Yet13/7 6/3*
2. Since yesterday was my first time responding, not knowing if or how to correct I made a booboo with too good on money ( ty timothy ) And I am not to proud to admit how silly it was. Now I know that there is not enough wood( 10is the magic number I am told as I pay attention during my lessons, now 9) to pass, but I would pass on some match scores and hope my opponent would not cube and perhaps thinks “too good”(lol).Now it might be I overlook something that makes it a pass but rule of thumb says Dbl/take
3. 2 total opposite strategies come to mind . Pay now pay later from 18 as it fits some criteria 18/13 18/14 or just attack for gammons.Than the question is which attacking play.The 2 point unstacks the 6 and leaves no blot, but I rather attack on 3. With low confidence as 18/13 18/14 might be right as on quizes sometimes the obvious is less obvious. But it is not a situation where I have fear clearing the 18 point so I attack with 8/3* 7/3
