Problem 1 Blue has the lead after either play but I think he holds the lead more often by defusing White's blocking structure now. 25/20, 3/2*

Problem 2 I've been scolded enough not for making the 5-point "unless there's clearly a better play" that I'm not shunning the chance now. 5(2)

Problem 3 I see three candidates: [15/9]; [24/18]; and [24/20, 15/13]. I counted 2 more immediate shots when stopping on the 20-point (compared to holding the 24-point) but I think it leads to fewer shots later AND pays dearly to a couple doublets (aces and 5's). 15/9 could backfire into more gammons but if simple losses are the default, wins feel better than gammon losses hurt, even at this score. 15/9
