Coming under the gun usually refers to stepping up within' the range of 3 or more builders. Here you aren't really stepping up as you're still way back on the 23pt, a place where yes, he may attack, but he won't be overjoyed to hit so deep in his board. (it's not like you are stepping up to the 20pt) Also, there are only 2 builders and hardly any extra men in the zone.

Lastly, careful when you make sweeping statements like "all 6s and 4s". Will he hit with them all? He shouldn't.
