BTW, I think that if a baffle box is used without cups, which is undoubtably faster than 'normal' rolling, there is a case for reducing the delay time by one second.

If you legislate the time delay (adjustment) for baffle boxes (and dicetubes) it's only fair to legislate the time delay for shaking and rolling. And oh, what a web we weave.... Without baffle boxes or dicetubes (but with cups) there is a huge variation in the time people use to shake and roll, and the worst consequence of all is that those people who don't shake (or weakly shake) get rewarded for their poor procedure by receiving the maximum time allotment.
