In Response To: Repairing illegal moves in non-clocked play (Phil Simborg)

If I were to create a standardized set of rules that attempts to cover as many situations as I can I'd make sure that in unlcoled play that there was a specific and well defined way of knowing that my opponent has finished fixing their illegal play.

My question Phil would be - in the new set of rules you are creating, how do players know that the fix to an illegal play is officially over (in unclocked matches)? Or do you believe that a standardized set of rules should not define how to end a move in this situation?
